Lady Trio Card

Inks/Color:
   SP5050- Black Memories Ink Pad

Paper:
   Burgundy cardstock (plain or textured)
   Rose colored solid paper
   Charcoal grey cardstock
   White cardstock

Other:
   Colored pencils: pink, rose, lavender
   Black photo corners
   Polka dot and striped ribbons: short lengths of rose, pink, burgundy, and black in various widths from 1/8" to 1/3"
   Glitter Glue
   Double faced tape
   Glue Stick
 

Instructions:

1. Form a 5” x 7” folded card from the burgundy cardstock.
    
2. Cut a 4.5” x 6.5” overlay piece from the rose paper.
    
3. Cut a second 4” x 5” overlay piece from the charcoal gray cardstock.
    
4. Cut a third 3.5” x 4.5” overlay piece from the white cardstock.
    
5. Cut short pieces (3/4” or so) of the various ribbons, and stick them randomly along lower edge of rose paper, using either double faced tape or the glue stick.
    
6. Take the widest polka dot ribbon; cut a strip long enough to wrap around the lower edge of rose paper; cut a second short piece just long enough to tie around the longer strip and make a knot.
    
7. Using double faced tape, adhere ribbon to the rose paper OVER THE SHORT BORDER PIECES OF RIBBON, and glue ends to the back with glue stick.
    
8. Take the white cardstock piece, and stamp the image of the Lady Trio onto it with the Black Memories inkpad. Let dry, and then color in the dresses with shades of pink, rose and lavender colored pencils. Use some glitter glue randomly to create depth.
    
9. Use double faced tape to attach white cardstock piece to the charcoal grey piece.
    
10. Next, place black photo corners onto the grey piece of cardstock
     
11. Layer rose paper (with ribbons) piece onto the folded burgundy card using double faced tape.
     
12. Layer the charcoal gray cardstock (with the corners) ¼” down from the top of the rose paper overlay using double faced tape.
