Butterflies

Card Stock:

Memories Dye Ink Pads:

Tag Punch Instructions:

1. Fold a piece of green card stock that measures 81/2” x 11” in half, so that folded, it measures 8 1/2 “ x 5 ½”
    
2. Trim a piece of light gray card stock to measure 5 ¼” x 8 ¼”
    
3. Using the Chalk Ink Pads, randomly stamp “Solid Flowers” varying the three colors
    
4. Use the Memories Dye Ink pads to stamp the “outline flower” with the corresponding color (pink/red, lime/green, aqua/blue) Outline should NOT be lines up perfectly- should be a little bit off!
    
5. Mount flowered paper onto folded card so that you now have a ¼” border of green around the light gray layer
    
6. Stamp butterflies- use Memories Ink Pads to stamp Red on Coral paper, Blue on blue paper, and green on green paper. (two polka dot and one regular butterfly) – cut out butterflies.
    
7. Punch tag out of coral card stock. Punch tag out of clue card stock and trim so you have a coral border around blue tag. Stamp “Lasting bequests” onto blue tag and mount onto coral tag.
    
8. Use mounting tape to mount “lasting bequests” tag onto floral background
    
9. Score Butterflies down the middle. Fold. When you mount them onto card, use mounting tape on only the wing that is to lye flat, so that other wings is free to stand out.
